OUR OFFER CONSISTS OF THREE DIFFERENT STAGES

1st stage – Licensing:
Until we obtain all the necessary permits, it takes approximately one year. During this year, no work can be done on the roof, and the project does not progress. The reason the rent amount is low in the first year is for this purpose. Because the project doesn’t progress until the permits are issued.
2nd stage – Project Operation:
After the permits are issued, the project operation begins. The amount shown in the second stage is the total amount provided annually. The rent price at this stage is for four years until the amortization of the funds used for the project implementation.
3rd stage – most profitable period:
The most profitable period. The amount stated in the third stage is the final rent price per year and will be provided until the park generates electricity. Calculated period: 20 years.
RENTAL OF THE ROOF OF THE BUILDING FOR 25+ YEARS
We take responsibility for the Maintenance and operation of each photovoltaic system on such a roof: we take care of all aspects of the photovoltaic system. This includes regular maintenance of the panels, cleaning them, monitoring them, and solving technical issues to ensure maximum performance.
If necessary, we carry out repairs: we are responsible for timely and high-quality repairs of the system in case of any problems or damage. This guarantees uninterrupted operation of the solar installation and ensures maximum power output.
An important advantage of renting a roof is that the installation and operation of solar panels does not have any negative impact on the normal operation of the building. The system integrates into your home or commercial property without requiring significant changes or burdensome work. The building remains fully functional, and you will benefit from clean, renewable energy and additional income.
